Fernando Diego

Fernando Diego has over 15 years of experience in commercial construction.  After graduating from Texas A&M, he entered the San Antonio construction industry and has excelled in several diverse roles including Project Executive. He has a proven track record of successful project delivery on highly complex projects and utilizes his leadership skills to ensure client expectations are clearly understood, agreed upon, and met. In his role as Managing Partner, Fernando oversees the pre-construction and construction processes, develops and maintains client relationships, and is vital for the execution of critical tasks within the company. Fernando is very hands-on and enjoys working with clients, design consultants, and trade partners on challenging projects, although his biggest passion is working with and mentoring Metro up-and-comers.  

Fernando is a graduate of the RECSA Leadership Development Program, 2022’ RECSA President, and a former member of the San Antonio Mayor’s Utility Task Force. 

Fernando and wife Analy Diego are proud parents of two sons, Fernando Diego IV and Emilio Diego.  Fernando is a third-generation cattleman and is very active in the family cattle production and whitetail deer hunting business.
