Positions that are sometimes available:

Interior Finish-Out Superintendents: Must have proven credentials for high quality interior finish-out jobs ranging in size from 2,000  of up to multiple floors. Ability to work with tools on smaller projects is a plus.

Ground-Up Superintendents: The right candidate has a wide variety of private-sector commercial construction experience, including office buildings, warehouse projects, medical facilities and retail centers. Typical projects will range from $1,000,000 to $30,000,000.

Project Engineers: On-site positions responsible for assisting the Superintendent with submittals, layout, personnel management, scheduling and general project documentation.

Project and Assistant Project Managers: Office-based positions responsible for managing a portfolio of work. Strong communication and presentation skills, proficient technological abilities and proven experience is a must. Construction-related degrees are highly desirable.

Project Administrators: Office-based positions responsible for providing clerical support for Project Managers. Duties include managing much of a project’s paper flow, follow-up with vendors and subcontractors, and preparing meeting minutes. Organizational and computer skills are essential.

Construction Accountants: Office-based positions responsible for the full range of typical construction accounting duties. Commercial job cost experience is essential, and knowledge of ViewPoint Software is desirable.

Interns: We sometimes have positions available on a part-time basis for construction program students.
