John Franklin

John Franklin has over 40 years of experience in the construction industry encompassing all facets of construction management, coordination of the trade groups, project planning and execution of the construction process. John has served in many roles over his career inclusive of owning a framing company, serving as an estimator, project manager and superintendent and successfully managing a wide range of construction project types and delivery methods.

As a project executive, John will be involved in the project from its inception and lead the project and the team through pre-construction, budgeting, scheduling and construction. John has a proven track record of delivering projects successfully by using his strong leadership skills.

Throughout his career, John has built a reputation for fostering strong relationships with clients, architects, subcontractors, and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment at every phase of a project. His hands-on approach, combined with a deep understanding of field operations and strategic planning, allows him to anticipate challenges and implement effective solutions before they impact progress. John is particularly valued for his ability to mentor teams, promote a culture of accountability and safety, and consistently deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
