Travis Barnes

Locally born and raised, Travis graduated from Alamo Heights High school, and earned a degree in business from Baylor University. He began his career in commercial real estate and quickly established himself as a leader in strategic retail rollouts and property development. With over 17 years of experience in commercial real estate, Travis has developed a deep expertise in tenant representation, retail development, and project leasing, primarily focusing on national retail tenants across San Antonio and South Texas.

Over the years, Travis has been involved in the development and leasing of retail commercial projects ranging in size from 15,000 to 350,000 square feet. Travis’ passion for the industry, specifically the construction phase of development, only grew. In 2019, Travis transitioned into the construction field, where he now leverages his extensive real estate background to guide projects from inception to completion.

Travis and his wife have been married for 20 years and have four children. They live in Comfort, Texas, where they enjoy plenty of time outdoors—whether it’s hunting, fishing, or taking care of exotic animals. Travis is involved in his church and coaching his children’s sports team.
