Crystal Schelling

Crystal has over 18 years of experience in the construction industry, having begun her career in 2007 with a local general contracting firm in Austin. Her curiosity and determination enabled her to quickly rise through the ranks, gaining comprehensive knowledge of construction operations along the way.

Initially specializing in interiors, she later expanded her expertise to include ground-up commercial construction. Throughout her career, she has contributed to projects across various sectors, offering invaluable insights into shifting market conditions that impact projects of all sizes.

With a strong focus on cost control, Crystal is adept at supporting Owners, Architects, and Project Management teams, making her a key asset to any project. She is passionate about continuous learning, staying up-to-date on the latest techniques, materials, and systems to ensure the success of every project she works on.

Outside of work, Crystal enjoys spending time in the sun—especially when water is nearby—and is an avid reader. These activities help her recharge and stay inspired.
