Dominion Ridge is a 56841-square foot, 2-story, high-end retail shopping center located in northwest San Antonio; the site presented considerable topographic obstacles and challenges in the protection of native vegetation.  The project was constructed with a combination of concrete tilt-wall and traditional structural steel framing and included extensive decorative awnings and shade structures. The more challenging aspects of the site infrastructure work included stormwater treatment, spaciously landscaped courtyards, and accessible parking all on the otherwise challenging topography.
