Located near the Medical District of San Antonio, Metro constructed a three-story, 55,00 SF Medical Office Building. This building however, did not begin as a three-story building in the drawings. Metro began construction on this building with plans that showed a two-story building, but while piers were being drilled the owner had increased tenant interest and had the building changed to a three-story structure. With Metro’s extensive experience in this type of project it was a change that we were able to make despite construction having already begun.
