METRO served as general contractor for the Charlotte Russe #281 retail build-out at the Tanger Outlets in San Marcos, Texas. The 5,108 SF project transformed a vacant shell into a fully finished retail environment featuring sales areas, fitting rooms, stockrooms, and support spaces.

The scope of work included structural modifications, new wall construction, drywall, polished concrete flooring, and a complete package of interior finishes. METRO also managed the installation of brand-specific fixtures and coordinated closely with RSW Consultants and the owner’s team to meet design standards and operational needs.

Through careful planning and attention to detail, METRO delivered a modern, functional retail space that reflects Charlotte Russe’s brand identity and provides an inviting shopping experience for customers.
