Weeks-Robinson REIT selected Metro to build Enterprise Industrial Park, their first entry into the San Antonio area market. The project consisted of 640,000 square feet in 2 separate buildings with 32’ of interior clear height and ESFR fire protection systems. The facilities are what is known as cross-dock buildings with dock-high overhead doors. The buildings are surrounded by 100% concrete paving and attractive landscaping. Metro mined a 150’ wide by 750’ long by 30’ deep hole in order to obtain the required select fill on site, saving our client over $500,000.
