METRO constructed a new industrial facility within the North Laredo Industrial Park, delivering both shell and interior components as part of a comprehensive scope of work. Designed to accommodate a range of logistics and light industrial operations, the building was developed using tilt-wall construction and incorporates high-clear height interiors and overhead access.

Interior improvements included office build-out, restrooms, a fire pump room, and full MEP integration. METRO coordinated closely with the project team to ensure timely delivery and adherence to all performance and code requirements. The facility provides flexible functionality for future tenants and is part of a growing industrial corridor in South Texas.
