METRO delivered the core and shell of a four-story, 97,800 SF medical office building in the South Texas Medical Center. Designed to support future healthcare tenancy, the structure incorporates tilt-wall construction, elevated slab systems, and conditioned shell space with fully integrated utility infrastructure.
The scope included vertical circulation, core restrooms, and mechanical and electrical systems built to meet medical occupancy standards. With a focus on long-term functionality and adaptability, this project reflects METRO’s commitment to quality, coordination, and performance in complex healthcare environments.
