Working for the newest franchisee of a northeastern restaurant concept, METRO built the first Texas Eggspectation.  A 5,000-square foot, high-design, free-standing facility, Eggspectation operates from 7 am to 9 pm specializing in, surprise, egg dishes.  The attractive, comfortable setting includes a full bar, outside patio and energizing contemporary design. METRO has a long history of constructing a wide variety of dining facilities, primarily in the casual to fine dining spectrum.
