As one of the fastest growing law firms in San Antonio, Patel Gaines needed a new space to expand into. METRO was selected as the contractor to develop the new building in which Patel Gaines new headquarters would be housed. The space where their new headquarters resides is known as the 2030 located along 1604 and totals 19,000 sf. Patel Gaines currently occupies 5,900 sf of the second floor of the building.
