METRO completed the Class A interior finish-out for RSM’s Austin office in the iconic Colorado Tower, delivering a modern workplace designed to support both client service and employee collaboration. Spanning approximately 16,655 SF, the project included new partitions, doors, millwork, ceilings, custom finishes, and integrated mechanical and electrical upgrades tailored to the space.

Built with a strong focus on performance and aesthetics, the office features specialty vaulted and apertured ceilings with acoustic elements for sound control and privacy, along with intelligent lighting systems, custom combined linear fixtures, and security card reader integration. METRO coordinated complex trade partner scheduling to complete high-end finishes, wood-look tile flooring, porcelain tile transitions, hot-rolled steel accents, and locally inspired mural artwork, all while working within a high-traffic downtown environment.
