METRO completed a comprehensive interior renovation of Piatti at the Alamo Quarry Market, delivering a modernized space that supports updated service operations and elevated guest experience. The 5,247 square foot scope included a new bar layout, refinished dining areas, upgraded restrooms, and a dedicated retail and to-go component.

Exterior improvements focused on enhancing the outdoor dining area, including hardscape revisions and the installation of a custom trellis structure. The project was executed within a fully operational commercial center, requiring precise coordination with ownership, consultants, and adjacent tenants.
