METRO built the Rivian Service Center on Crownhill Boulevard, a 22,000 square foot facility built to support electric vehicle service, sales, and customer experience under one roof. The scope combined a customer-facing showroom, drive space, gear shop, and lounge with a full back-of-house service operation. METRO coordinated with the architect, engineers, ownership, and Rivian’s national facilities team to align scope, schedule, and design intent across the building.

The technical work centered on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems engineered for high-voltage EV service. The project required dedicated power distribution, charging infrastructure, and equipment support beyond the standard. The result is a service center and reads as a brand environment.
