METRO had the privilege of working on another great project with Area Real Estate. This most recent project included renovating a 5-story historic building located on the revitalizing East Houston Street in Downtown San Antonio, Texas. The renovation included refinishing over 24,000 sq ft of original hardwood flooring, new mechanical, and electrical throughout. Within the Burns Building, METRO was also able to work with the various tenants that have occupied the Burns Building which included PWC, Cogeco Peer 1, Traveler Barbershop, and a local coffee house. The project included  modern designed conference rooms, restrooms, bike storage and common areas.
