A landmark project combining historic renovation, public park development, and interior restaurant buildouts at the heart of San Antonio’s Pearl district. METRO completed construction for Ladino and Full Goods Diner, two standout restaurant concepts, along with the creation of 1100 Springs Plaza, a vibrant water garden and gathering space that connects key pedestrian corridors across the property.

The scope included interior and exterior upgrades, custom kitchen equipment integration, structural enhancements, reclaimed masonry, and high-end finishes throughout. METRO worked closely with the owner and design team to deliver each element with precision and care, preserving the Pearl’s historic character while elevating its contemporary experience.
