METRO served as the general contractor for the core and shell construction of The Multi-Assistance Center (The MAC), a three-story, 165,171 SF facility at Morgan’s Wonderland in San Antonio. Built for a Texas nonprofit, the building is designed to house coordinated medical, therapy, and support services for individuals with disabilities.

As part of the larger Morgan’s Wonderland campus, the project included structural concrete, steel framing, and complete envelope systems, all delivered to support future tenant build-outs. METRO worked collaboratively with design teams and stakeholders to meet project deadlines and ensure a flexible, durable foundation for long-term use.
